Chie has worked hard for everything that she has accomplished, but she works even harder to help others achieve their goals. Since 1997, she has been active as a personal trainer. She knows what works because she has trained herself and understands her clients’ experiences.

“Having gone through weight gain associated with pregnancy”, Chie explains, “I know what women go through, and also know what it takes to get back in shape.” She wants to dispel the myth of weight training automatically making women bulky, instead focusing on sculpting and changing the body inside and out. "I love to watch clients choose to make lifestyle changes, like drinking water with their lunch instead of a soda. There’s nothing like seeing one become self confident, and happy with themselves as they achieve their fitness goals."

Chie is not only a trainer, but also a businesswoman. She is currently the C.E.O. of Figure Prodigy International, LLC, the co-owner of Ratio 1:1 Fitness, and has multiple clothing lines. Chie's success in the fitness industry has allowed her to work with many well-known photographers as a fitness model.
